Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed Mondays through Fridays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST (GMT-08). We aim to process orders within 48 business hours of receiving them. Occasionally, product availability, payment issues, or special requests may result in processing delays. You will always receive an email notice of your order’s processing status.


We ship multiple pieces in the same order together in a single gift box. If you need multiple gift boxes, gift wrapping, or a gift receipt, please mention your requests in the “Order Notes” section on the Check Out page.



All orders over $50 ship for free within the U.S. Please note this excludes orders that weigh over 5 lbs.

For orders under $50, the shipping rate is $5.95. Additional charges may apply for larger package sizes or weight.


Within Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia, shipping rates start at $45. Additional charges may apply for larger package sizes or weight.




Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. All U.S. orders placed on are shipped via USPS, which typically delivers 1-3 business days after shipping. International shipping times will vary.


Your order will show an automatically generated “deliver by” date. Please know this is only an estimate. For in-stock products, the “deliver by” date defaults to 7 days post-payment. For custom and made-to-order products, the “deliver by” date defaults to 30 days post-payment but will often ship within approximately 3 weeks.


You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped. If your delivery is delayed due to issues with the USPS, please feel free to email us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

All orders placed on are fully insured against theft, damage, or loss during transit to you. If you notice any packaging damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If you notice any damaged or missing items within your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.



Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Timeless Pearl jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a prepaid return shipping label and send your item(s) back to us.


If you return your item unworn and free of damage within 30 days of delivery, you can receive a full purchase price refund or exchange. After submitting your return request, Timeless Pearl will send you the confirmation email with a shipping label, with return address: Timeless Pearl, 169 11th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.


Jewelry that has been customized or altered in any way cannot be returned, exchanged, or traded in. Timeless Pearl reserves the right to determine purchases that can be refunded, exchanged, or traded in.


*Please note that free returns are only available for U.S. customers.



For all refunds, Timeless Pearl will request funds to be issued back to the credit card used for your purchase, less any original shipping charges. Please allow 20 business days for your return and refund to be processed.



Our Eco-Pearl Trade in Program

Read more about our pearl trade in program and our commitment to the environment. When requesting a trade in, please mention your purchase/invoice number, and have your credit card information ready for any refunds to be issued.


Your trade in request form must be submitted online or by email. All returns valued over $100 must use the prepaid, trackable shipping label within the email confirmation sent by Timeless Pearl.


*For all returns, exchanges, or trade ins, Timeless Pearl will not be responsible for any losses or damages without a confirmation email.



Warranty & Repairs

All Timeless Pearl items are covered under a 1-year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. If you believe your pearl item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Complimentary restringing is offered on all purchases within one year of purchase (nominal charges apply after one year). If you would like to have your pearl necklace or bracelets restrung, simply email us with your request.


To request repairs to any damaged Timeless Pearl jewelry, please email us directly. We may ask you to provide a photo of the piece in need of repair.


*Any repairs or alterations performed on your Timeless Pearl jewelry by an external party will void your warranty. Timeless Pearl is not responsible for any losses or damages therein. We strongly recommend that you only have your Timeless Pearl jewelry serviced by trained and certified jewelers.
