Shipping Policy

U.S. Free delivery over $50. Items over 5lbs excluded. For orders under $50, the shipping rate is $5.95. Incremental charges may apply for additional weight and size;  Shipping rates start at $45 for Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Incremental charges may apply for additional weight and size.

All U.S. orders on are shipped using USPS. Typically, USPS delivers within 1-3 business days after shipping. The Deliver By Date will default to the 7th day after your payment for “In-stock” products, but for international shipping it might take longer; for Made-to-order products, the Deliver By Date will default to the 30th day after your payment. Shipments usually occur sooner than 3 weeks. You will be emailed upon shipment of your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation.

For special promotions, we might have different shipping policy, especially for shipping fees. A minimum online order amount may be required. Please check the terms and conditions of our promotion event.

We aim to process orders within 48 business hours of receiving them. Product availability, payment issues, and special requests can occasionally cause orders to be delayed. You will be notified via email of any such delays.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (10am to 4pm, GMT-8). By default, multiple jewelry pieces in the same order will be put in one gift box. If you need multiple gift boxes, gift receipt or gift wrapped, please mention your special requests in “Order notes” on the CheckOut page.

All orders placed on are fully insured for theft, damage or loss during transit to you. If you notice damage or loss of any items in your order, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at

Delivery Problems
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the contents of your package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Trade-in
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Timeless Pearl purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return with our return prepaid shipping label for full purchase price refund or exchange any pearl jewelry within 30 days after delivery. Please be aware that free returns are only availalbe for U.S. customers.

For all return, Timeless Pearl requests you to make a request on our Trade-in program page. Please mention your purchase/invoice number, a request of exchange, trade-in, or refund, and your credit card information to issue a refund if necessary. Your request form must be submitted online or sent to, and you must get Timeless Pearl’s email confirmation with a prepaid trackable shipping label before you return any jewelry with a value above $100.  For all returns, Timeless Pearl will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipment without a confirmation email.

Please note that to be accepted for full amount refund within 30 days, jewelry must be unworn, free of damage. Jewelry that has been customized or altered any way cannot be returned for exchange, trade-in or refund. Timeless Pearl reserves the final right to determine jewelry that can be exchanged, trade-in, or refund.

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Timeless Pearl will request the credit card company to issue a refund to your card for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping charges. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.

Repairs Policy


All Timeless Pearl items include a 1-year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. If you believe your pearl item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at for assistance.

To repair damaged Timeless Pearl jewelry, you need to send a photo to us. Please contact us via email if you would like to send any damaged jewelry for repair.

Complimentary restringing is offered on all purchases within one year of purchase, nominal charges apply after. If you would like to have your pearl necklace or bracelets restrung, please email us with your request.

We strongly suggest you only allow a qualified and trusted jeweler to repair your “Timeless Pearl” jewelry if you choose to do so. Any repairs or alterations done by an external party on your Timeless Pearl jewelry will void your warranty and Timeless Pearl cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss as a result.
